Genneper Hoeve, Eindhoven

Can we create a durable plaster from locally sourced materials within 1 km radius? Due to the construction of their new restaurant, the Genneper Hoeve escavated large amounts of soil which contained layers of clay as well as sand. Since the farm is producing milk and meat products, cow manure was also locally available.
